Not good staff no good service and don't know English at all very poor didn't fill up breakfast pepeol was waiting to come but not

Just behind Sapa Station, The staff was able to upgrade us to mountain view room. cheaper room rates, approachable staff

limited choices for breakfast (egg, rice, plain fried noodles, cut bananas, pancake) Room was opened without notice.Utilities were placed on rusted containertoothbrush that were provided were already opened.

Very central location but in a quiet back street. Can easily walk everywhere. Helpful & friendly staff. Rooms cleaned daily, comfy beds!

Some mould and a leaky tap but mould is pretty inescapable in Vietnam

Sapa Symphony Hotel is in an excellent location and the owners are very friendly. The breakfast is simple but very good. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom is old but clean. This a simple hotel and a good value.

The bathroom could use an update.

I booked this hotel after frustrated with other hotel nearby. Turn out the hotel is good with the facility and most importantly is water heater.

Staff didnt change our towel and same goes with our bedsheet.

The bed was very hard and there were no hot water in the shower. The breakfast did not have good options and the AC did not work aswell.

Near Sapa Station and City center. The room is clean and facilities are working well.

The receptionist isn't always there. Very inconvenient if you're in a rush and no one's there when you need to check in or check out.

breakfast... i never had that kind of breakfast.. bread without even butter or jam... buffet with just egg, rice & noodles and water melon... no juice just coffee.

The receptionist was wonderful, she helped us with everything from taxi's tickets money exchange, advice and an hospital emergency.

The only improvement could be made for the breakfast menu.

The location, very nearest to Sun Plaza, just took 3 minutes from hotel.And wr got the room with the mountains view.And the staffs very friendly.

Despite booking on short notice, our stay at the hotel in Sa Pa was delightful. While our room lacked direct daylight, it didn't detract from our overall experience.The highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the massage session we had. Administered by the talented masseuse Queen, it was hands down the best massage we experienced throughout our entire trip. Queen's expertise truly shines through, making the experience incredibly rejuvenating. I'd return to this hotel just for another session with Queen!Although the breakfast was satisfactory, it didn't quite reach the same level of excellence as the massage. However, the service throughout our stay was consistently kind and accommodating.In conclusion, despite a few minor hiccups, our stay at this hotel in Sa Pa was thoroughly enjoyable, thanks in large part to the exceptional massage experience provided by Queen.

Breakfast could be better

Receptionist was super friendly, welcoming and helpful.

No window toward natural light. Room was nice but dark.

On Arrival at the hotel, they told us the hotel was full & there was no room for us. Why take booking & credit card details if there is no room.

We booked at least a month in advance. They never contacted us to say that the hotel was full.I don't think this is acceptable by European standards.

Location and price. We had fun with the massage in the hotel.

Poor breakfast option, room with the window had a view on the wall, ants in the bathroom, room 406 has a very uncomfortable shower door opening to inside

Lack of suitable sockets for charging - only one worked which you couldn't use at the same time as the kettle. For a large room sleeping 3 adults more working sockets would be great.

The location is directly in the village, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel has everything I needed for a short stay..
